For over 30 years, Steve has worked in management in a variety of retail, sales, and banking operations; as a small business owner, a retail manager, and as a vice president of an international banking institution. Some of Steve’s experience includes running the day-to-day operations of a local business, acting as liaison with customers and merchants alike, and motivating and inspiring a sales force while making a priority of client needs. Perhaps his greatest professional strengths are Steve’s innate interest and natural talent for customer service, the importance of developing long-term and meaningful client relationships, and a genuine interest in improving the customer experience and outcome. ! ! Steve’s key to success is a genuine interest in people and a desire to help them accomplish their dreams and reach their goals. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, which is centered upon Eileen, his wife of 34 years, and his children, Larissa, a graduate of NYC’s School of the Visual Arts, Jenni, a masters candidate in Fine Arts at Louisiana State University, and Andrew, a recent graduate of Felician College and former catcher for their NCAA II Division baseball team. He is also an avid fan of film and music, a weekend carpenter and lover of animals and nature, history and architecture.
