In addition to leasing numerous properties since joining LB Commercial Realty, Edward has sold 50 Railroad Ave., Closter, a 70,000 SF industrial building, 625 Gotham Parkway in Carlstadt, a 24,000 SF industrial property, 417 Route 17N in Carlstadt an 18,000 SF flex building, and 151 Veterans Drive in Northvale a 23,000 SF flex building, amongst others.
